Can't Access Certificate

Certificates for Live Webinars

For trainings that involve live webinars, the Certificate of Completion email will go out within 3 to 5 business days after the training concludes.

The email will be sent to participants who meet the time requirement listed in the continuing education policy. The time requirements are based on the length of the training.

Behavioral Health Springboard does not issue partial credit for any training. Participants are only allowed to miss a certain amount of time and still be able to receive contact hours for attending a training.

For a 1-hour webinar/training participants are allowed to miss 15 minutes and still receive credit.
For a 2-to-6-hour webinar/training participants are allowed to miss 30 minutes and still receive credit.
For a 12-to-13-hour webinar/training, participants are allowed to miss 1 hour and still receive credit.

Certificates for Asynchronous Courses

If you've reached the end of an asynchronous course but can not access your certificate of completion, you may have missed a required activity.

Courses built after 2022 include a course completion status tool that summarizes complete and incomplete activities in a convenient location.

This tool may also come in handy if you've taken a break from the course and need to remember where you left off.

Accessing the Block Drawer

The block drawer is unique to each course and displays special content enabled by the teachers, expert presenters, or course developers.

You can open up the block drawer at the top right of any course page, horizontally opposite of the course index sidebar.

Course Completion Status Block

The Course Completion Status Block is the topmost tool in your block drawer. You can view your progress at any time by using this tool.

You can click on the more details button if you need a reminder of which specific activities you completed.

The more details window will show you your completion progress for individual activities. You can re-enter the course through these activity shortcuts.
