I Can't Access My Certificate

For trainings that involve live webinars, the Certificate of Completion email will go out within 3 to 5 business days after the training concludes.  


If you've reached the end of an asynchronous course but can not access your certificate of completion, you may have missed a required activity. Tools inside the course can alert you to any missed course requirements.

I Enrolled in a Course, but I Can't Find It

If it's your first time enrolling for a course, you'll be instructed to create a new BHS account. Creating the account is a separate process and does not enroll you in the course.


Once logged into your account, you will need to return to the enrollment page.

I Enrolled in a Live Webinar, but I Did Not Recieve a Link

Live Webinar links are sent during registration. You'll receive a link in the confirmation email and a calendar invite.


Reminder emails will be sent three days and one day before the training goes live.


Some email providers may flag a BHS email as spam.
